Patrick Halpin is a force on the harmonica. A veteran of the New England blues scene, he began playing in the early 1990s and has performed with respected regional acts including Rhode House Blues Band, DD & the Road Kings, Jan Anderson, Blues Tuesday, The Continentals, and The Automatics before forming The Pat Halpin Blues Band.

Over the years, Halpin has shared the stage with blues legends such as James Cotton, Junior Wells, Kim Wilson, Ray Norcia, and Little Charlie & the Nightcats, and has appeared on numerous recordings with New England musicians. Known for his powerful tone, driving rhythms, and high-energy performances, Halpin brings a deep respect for tradition with a relentless live presence.

The Pat Halpin Blue Band is fueled the band’s sound: hard-edged Chicago blues at its core, expanding into rock ’n’ roll, rockabilly, swing, Tex-Mex, country, and the full spectrum of American roots music.
