Tommy Whalen has excited audiences all over the world as lead guitarist and vocalist with Eight to the Bar, the renowned CT based swing/rhythm and blues band. Tommy, a Western Mass native, has opened for Ray Charles, Jefferson Starship, The Band, and Ronnie Earl to name a few… Is now making a name with his own project, "Tommy Whalen & The Ragged Edge".

Known for his soulful vocals and masterful guitar playing, Tommy performs an eclectic mix of blues, rock, soul and funk. A veteran musician, Tommy is recognized throughout New England by fans and fellow musicians. His crowd-pleasing shows always have the audience dancing!
